Follow the forest path to the Edge, where the journey begins.  The Spirits of Nature invite us to listen and feel their presence.  In the cradle of Mother Earth's arms we are comforted as we listen to her sweet songs. Soothing water lapping the shoreline refreshes our spirits.   Moonlight beckons us to follow it's path; our path… we are welcomed home as the tall pines protect and shelter us.  Nature becomes our mirror as we discover hidden gifts that lie within.

The Quest begins at Northern Edge Algonquin retreat centre on the first day of the journey.  The remainder of the experience is centred  around a flatwater canoe trip into Algonquin Provincial Park with overnight tent camping.

Martha will gently guide participants using Shamanic journeying and ceremony to set our intentions while creating a sacred container.

Each participant will have an opportunity to participate in a 24 hour Solo Vision Quest experience.

This experience is open to those seeking a deeply satisfying transformational adventure.  Each participant on this canoe trip is required to complete an application process ensuring spiritual needs are met.  Pre-requisites:  Basic Shamanism Retreat, The Way of the Shaman or equivalent.  Confidence in Shamanic Journeying is highly recommended.  Participants need to be prepared for physical activity, sharing in camp life and a life-transforming adventure.  Maximum 7 participants.

Martha, your guide and facilitator will personally contact each trip participant, ensuring the readiness for a deeply transformational Shamanic experience.
