What is CCSS?
The Canadian Centre for Shamanic Studies is dedicated to helping all people rediscover their own indigenous spirit and restore their spiritual connection with the earth. CCSS fosters leaders while growing shamanic community and strengthening the power of the circle worldwide.
Since 1996, we have hosted a variety of shamanism retreats, shamanic circles, shamanism conferences, ceremonies, and special events at the Edge where we have hosted Medicine People from all over the world.
CCSS travels extensively connecting with indigenous healers around the world and bringing the lessons of the circle, peacemaking and ceremony to communities as a means of rekindling the indigenous Spirit within each of us. Following the footsteps of the ancestors we have held hands in circles and ceromonies across Canada as well as in Hungary, Scotland, Greenland, Germany, France and the Ecuadorian Andes and Amazon and have orchestratled ceremony on behalf of the ancestors, the earth and one another.
CCSS office and base of operations is at the Edge, Northern Edge Algonquin nature retreat in Ontario, Canada.
